The Little Ninjas class at Breakthrough is a unique early skills development program specifically designed for children ages 4 to 6. Martial Arts skills such as balance, focus, and coordination are taught through games and activities by trained instructors and assistant instructors.
The Rock Solid Kids program is a kids martial arts class like no other. Students are engaged and developing a variety of martial arts skills such as bully defense, stranger awareness, traditional weapons, jumping kicks, takedowns, ground defenses, and so much more in a fun and safe environment. And Character development is built right into our Kids and Teens program curriculum. We train Black Belts from the inside out!
Teens and tweens love our Extreme Teens classes because they're challenged to grow every class. Our unique kids and teens curriculum keeps students progressing closer to black belt every month. Martial Arts teaches young adults goal setting in a way no other activity can!
Not just your average recreational Kickboxing class. Kickboxing+ at Breakthrough is a complete full body workout that brings together the best aspects of Kickboxing, Kung Fu, HIIT, Yoga, strength training, and Qi Gong. No sparring, belts, or tests, just sweat and smiles!
Wing Chun is a streetwise and scientific style of Kung Fu designed to help smaller, weaker individuals defend themselves against bigger, stronger attackers. Economy of motion and positioning are developed through contact reflex training or "Chi Sao" drills. Schools in the Canadian Wing Chun Kung Fu Association teach a complete version of the art that embraces the best of both traditional and modern aproaches.
